We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) on in-stock items. The processing time of your order depends on several factors: type of order, stock availability, and the time your order was placed. 

Custom-made (Personalized) Items

Each custom-made item has its own delivery estimates which are indicated within its product card. We aim to ship custom-made items as soon as they are completed. In most cases, we are able to ship before the delivery estimates provided. 

We do our utmost to provide delivery estimates as accurately as we can. However, due to the nature of crafting a new personalized item on a made-to-order basis, some unplanned delays may occur with manufacturing or logistics.

Keep In Mind

Delivery estimates are non-guaranteed. We literally make every custom item piece by piece following your specifications in our workshops across the globe. There are many moving parts that may affect the end-to-end fulfillment time such as material availability, logistics delays, etc that are beyond our control. As such, no cancellation or refunds will be made for orders that are fulfilled outside of the delivery estimates provided when your order was placed.

Things To Note

If your order consists of both in-stock and custom-made items in the same order, it will not ship until all items (including custom-made and/or pre-order) are in stock.

Sales and Festive Season

Please note that it may take a little longer to process your order during the Sales period or festive season. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
