Return processing typically takes 2-3 business days after we received your package. During peak periods like sales or special events, it can take longer than normal to process your return.

Once the return has been completed, the refund will be posted back to your original payment method or with a Yeossal merchandise gift card that will be sent to your email. 

For refunds directly back to credit card or PayPal, it may take your bank an additional 2-7 business days to post the refund to your account.
